Accommodation at Kommandonek Game Reserve The accommodation units are nestled at the foot of a mountain, about two 200m from the Vaal River. We can accommodate up to 48 guests in comfort. Kommandonek Game Reserve is situated in the center of this 80-kilometer wide meteor basin and supports a wildlife conservancy which includes 150 different types of bird species and game. Giraffe, zebra, oryx, eland, kudu, red hartebeest, waterbuck, impala, and numerous other smaller game species live here in harmony with nature.
